A: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

Q: What if I’m running late?
A: We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may shorten the treatment duration to respect the next guest’s appointment.
